Directors Collaboration Meetings

We offer regular Directors’ Collaboration Meetings to help directors network and learn more about important topics. These sessions are completely free, and open to directors (and other administrators) at Type I, Type II and Type III centers, as well as family child care providers.

Intentional Learning Environments Opportunity

We are offering a new round of the Intentional Learning Environments Opportunity (ILEO) in January! The Infant & Toddler: Artfully Awesome workshop provides educators working with children ages birth- 36 months an overview of making meaningful connections and learning through a variety of arts experiences . This opportunity includes:

  • An IN PERSON 2-hour workshop with clock hours
  • A 1-hour virtual Lunch and Learn workshop and clock hour
  • A curated kit of supporting materials (valued over $600) upon workshop completion
  • An invitation to join an ILEO online community group with additional resources and peer collaboration

This opportunity is only available for Type III Child Care Centers and Academically Approved Family Child Care Providers in Orleans Parish. Only one participant per center will be considered for the first round of applications. Any additional applications submitted by the same center will be placed on a waitlist. Past ILEO participants MAY apply for this opportunity.
