What is the ECE Leaders Exchange?
The ECE Leaders Exchange is a learning cohort of Orleans Parish early childhood center owners and administrators. This cohort is spending the 2026-2027 academic year (October 2026 – June 2027) working together as a peer group to share ideas, explore new strategies, support professional growth, and build professional connections. Cohort members receive monthly coaching and participate in in-person sessions focused on identifying areas of need and curiosity about topics to improve their practice in their programs
