Our December Seminar offers 12 different workshops for early childhood educators to choose from.

Participants will need to register for each individual session they would like to attend. Sessions are capped at 25 participants, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
You will receive the session Zoom link with your confirmation email as well as in a reminder email two days before your session. If you register for more than one session, please ensure you are logging into your session with the correct Zoom link.
“No Show” Policy
Anyone who registers for a health and safety training, but fails to attend without warning, will be blocked in our online registration system and will not be eligible to register for the next round of health and safety trainings.
For all other trainings, people who no-show for two or more trainings in a row will be temporarily blocked from using our online registration system. They will need to call our offices in order to be unblocked so that they can register for future classes.
We put these policies into place because we often have far more interest in our classes than spaces available. When people “no-show,” they take a valuable seat that someone else in the community needed and would have used. If you are unable to attend a training for whatever reason, you can always request that a colleague attend in your place (within at least 3 days’ notice) or drop the class through our registration system. If there are less than 72 hours before a training, notify us at email@example.com if you know you will be unable to attend the training.
Cost and Online Registration
Registration is offered free of charge to staff who work at Type III programs and family child care providers registered with the Child Care Assistance Program. Registration for participants from Type I and Type II centers and school-based programs is $10 per participant per 2-hour session or $15 per 3-hour session. Due to restrictions in our funding, we are not able to open registration to Type I and Type II centers until we have enough participants from Type III centers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
During the COVID pandemic, Agenda for Children successfully converted our work to virtual and hybrid models, including our coaching, training, and CLASS observation protocols for 1,400 classrooms in Orleans Parish.
