WIC is healthy food, breastfeeding support, nutrition education and help with keeping YOUR family healthy! It is open to women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or have already delivered. Infants and children up to their fifth birthday may also receive benefits. WIC income eligibility requirements are a bit wider than SNAP requirements, so even if you can’t get SNAP benefits, you might qualify for WIC! If you already qualify for SNAP benefits, you probably qualify for WIC as well, so be sure to apply.
