This module introduces early education entrepreneurs to foundational concepts for designing high quality environments for children, families and educators. Emphasis is placed on understanding how the physical environment impacts learning for young children and key facility components to consider when planning for the environment. One Regional Sales Manager for Lakeshore Learning shares information about designing for safety, engagement and comfort in a child care facility.
